For some weeks ago I was at an amazing restaurant here in Gothenburg. They offered small asian dishes with amazing different flavours. I tried to do a similar dish to my absolute favourite one, but I admit I failed somewhat. I have to go there again just to write down what I taste.
At the restaurant I was served a leaf filled with rice that I think had been cooked in something else than water or been mixed with some curry. I cooked black rice in a pre bought thai curry but next time I will just cook it in coconut milk.
I marinated a salmon in ginger, garlic and oil and fried in a pan.I also did a pineapple salsa and topped with avocado, peanuts and coriander. I will definitely do it again probably very differently and hopefully much better.
I must add that it was still quite delicious and a fun dinner.
