Now it’s just one more week until our first exam. Some times I find myself studying better with friends but right now and with this particular things I feel like I’m much more efficient studying alone. I think the main reason is that I get more quality time when i can go straight to my books in the morning and the follow the 45/15 scheme. In those 15 minutes I somehow succeed do squeeze in some good cooking time.
Here is my new breakfast favourite:
Pancakes made with oat flour and some sliced bananas. I had it with some yoghurt and my super big cup of tea.
Since I have this bad habit of having to at while studying (makes me being able to study forever) I need a second breakfast. Here I have made a cup of coffee, some oat flour porridge with the only fruits and seeds I had left.
Lunch:
While I went to the store to collect a parcel of a new phone case I put in some veggies in the oven. I tossed the with a mix of olive oil, ajvar relish, garlic, salt and pepper, put it in the oven and when I got back (about 30 min later) I topped it with some beans and switched the oven to grill so they got this crispy texture. Served with sweet chilli yoghurt.
So this morning it was super shiny and now It’a all grey and snowing ?? It’s not eve suppose to snow, I have looked so much forward to the spring but guess I have to wait for a little bit longer.
