I wish I could say I had an extremely good sleep in when I woke up at 11 o’clock, but considering I “only” had a nine hours sleep I can’t really call it extreme. And why do I go to bed so late? Simply cause I work til 23:15, takes me up to an hour to get home and then I need to take a shower, eat something and mostly important; relax, just to prevent myself from dream about my job. So what do I eat a Saturday like today? Something fancy? Not really.
I made a smoothie wiht banana, raspberries, milk, coconut milk, almonds and oats. Then a pinch of salt and sweetener. Served with an amazing straw.
To this I had very appealing looking crisp breads with slices sausage and dried onions. Don’t know what flew into me but today it was exactly what I wanted.
