Since I’m for the moment just sitting home studying that means I’m cooking much more than what I usually do when I go to uni and have bulked up with a bunch of the same meals for a week of use.
Still that doesn’t change the fact that its nice to not spend too much time cooking, especially considering how many times a day I cook (to prevent studying from being boring). So first up I have this quick asian glass noodle bowl:
I did the whole thing except from the egg in the microwave and as long as you have the ingredients its the most simple meal ever. I started off with an asian style dressing consisting of sesame oil, fish sauce, sweet chilli, garlic, salt, sugar (or sweetener) and some chilli. I the added a little bit of water, enough for the glass noodles to be able too cook. Then I added the noodles, microwaved it for a bit, stirring once until it was done. Then I added some peas, corn and paprika from a mixed frozen bag, microwaved a bit more and added some coriander. Meanwhile I cooked an egg with some seasoning that i topped the bowl with.
The second meal is not very filling, I more so made it instead of having a snack:
I started with mixing a cube of vegetable stock with some water, added the same mix och frozen peas, corn and capsicum, some chilli, a tiny bit coconut milk, lime leafs s and that’s it. Microwaved it for a few minutes and seasoned it with salt. As quick as it was delicious.
