I am so enjoying mu Swedish summer holiday. I never get bored even though it is pretty much like every other summer through out mu whole life. 
Lunchtime calls for a light lunch, this day a zucchini fettuccini with garlic and tomatoes, and a spinach and mint creme on top.

Here dad is introducing me to his new kitchen instrument, a meat mincer.. tadaaa!


I never thought dad’s burgers could get any better but I was proven they could.
Me and dad cut the apple trees and surprisingly I found some really nice and ripe apples that had been on the very top branches. So I took the opportunity to make a robust apple pie.
