The morning bus took us to Phong Nha witch is a national park full of caves and other beautiful sights.
First thing up was a boat trip along the river to Phong Nha Cave, once reached they turned of the engine an silently rowed us round the cave.

The second day we want on a Easy Rider trip, old ex poachers that are now driving around tourists instead of financing themselves through illegal stuff. We went though the beautiful countryside and made lots of stops at bars, farms and local houses.

One cool stop was near a river that usually have a lot more water running, but what do you do when you’re hot and want to have a swim.

Last but not least, sunset watching with cold bear and birthday cake.
The third day was a cave day! We visited two of the major caves. First up was paradise cave, a massive 31 km long cave (not all is open for visitors).
The hilight was doubtless Dark Cave. It’s right next to a big lake that we went zip lining over and then swam to the cave. Inside it was pitch black and we had to use the lights we had on our helmets so see. We walked through muddy narrow paths until we reached a mud pool. Amazing! The mud was the best feeling ever, it felt like swim in chocolate and looked like it. And it was so easy to float in it as well, we could sit in the water with our toes, knees and upper body over the surface. I can’t even describe how incredible it was.
